Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home)

About the Role:
My client, a global trading business based in the city, are currently recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven HR Project Manager to support a key organisational change initiative.
My client has undergone a significant organisational changes over the last year, with a new Target Operating Model (TOM) and a redefined business line structure launched earlier in 2024. They are now preparing for the second phase of transformation, which includes potential role restructurings and redundancies, alongside a major IT platform overhaul planned for 2025. This is a pivotal time to join as they reshape the businesses future ways of working.
This role will focus on supporting the HRBPs to manage restructuring and potential redundancies as they move into the next phase of their transformation. You'll bring your expertise in business change and project management to keep the HR team on track to ensure smooth and efficient execution, overseeing the project plan, timelines, and key deliverables. What You'll Do:
* Lead the project: Manage the organisational change project from planning through to execution, keeping the HR team aligned with the central tracker, milestones, and timelines.
* Collaborate with HRBPs: Partner closely with HRBPs as they manage stakeholder relationships, providing them with project support and ensuring that all HR activities are coordinated effectively.
* Oversee restructuring efforts: Assist in preparing documentation, including letters and meeting scripts, and ensure smooth communication with external legal advisors.
* Drive change management: Support the HR team with business-as-usual tasks, while also driving the implementation of restructuring processes with a hands-on, practical approach.
* Ensure compliance: Leverage your solid understanding of employment law to guide the HR team through complex scenarios, ensuring all processes adhere to legal requirements.
