Are you passionate about helping children build confidence through the experience of outdoor adventure? Would you like to work in 58 acres of beautiful enclosed woodland close to both London and the South Coast?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Outdoor Education Manager to lead, motivate, and develop a team of high-quality instructors and trainees and develop the educational standards of our activity provision whilst ensuring industry best-practice and excellence in activity training and delivery. As a key member of the Centre Leadership Team, you will be able to clearly communicate our Christian ethos, objectives, mission, and vision to staff and guests.
You will need to have experience of leadership in the outdoors and motivating a staff team as well as strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills. Some outdoor leadership qualifications would be desirable and the successful candidate will be committed to achieving specified outdoor National Governing Body qualifications within a 4-year period with Rock UK’s support.
If this challenging and exciting role appeals to you, and you have the skills and experience to match, then we would love to hear from you!
This role is subject to an Occupational Requirement (OR) that the successful applicant is a Christian who is committed to the values, beliefs, and behaviours set out in our ethos statement.
