Manpower are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to work for our national client based in the Tyseley area of Birmingham
Monday - Friday
9am-5pm (flexibility required during busy periods)
28k-30k (salary dependant on experience)
Duties:
1. Day to day management of inventory functions for customers
2. Devise and implement inventory KPI targets to ensure business and customer requirements are achieved
3. Maintain stock accuracy and integrity inline with contractual requirements, minimising stock loss through investigation and resolution of errors
4. Ability to use trend analysis to identify issues and areas of potential loss, taking action to minimise this
5. Encourage staff participation in process improvement, raising quality and effective team-working
6. Conduct regular reviews of training plans associated with inventory control to ensure they are fit for purpose
7. Provision of all appropriate reporting for both internal and customers
8. Attend meetings with inventory reporting
9. Further duties to be discussed at the interview stage
Experience/Requirements:
10. Inventory managerial experience
11. Strong PC skills
12. Good knowledge of creating and integrating spreadsheets
13. Ability to interpret data
14. High level of knowledge of warehouse systems
15. Health & Safety knowledge
16. Experience dealing with high value and high volumes stock transactions
