Reporting into the Head of People, you will be responsible for maintaining all internal communications within the organisation and work closely with the ESG group to effectively communicate their initiatives with the wider business.Key responsibilities:
* Create clear and compelling communications content that is digestible to the wider business.
* Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure internal communications remain accurate, relevant, updated and aligned with company objectives.
* Collaborate with third-party stakeholders on external communications streams and ensure these align with internal messaging.
* Work closely with the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Group initiatives to drive communication efforts and engagement with the wider organisation.
* Liaise with the Office Manager on company events and ensure communications related to these events are clear and approved.
