Mechanical Package Lead
Location: Sweden
Key Requirements:
* 3rd Level Building Services/Mechanical Engineering Degree and/or Trade background
* Minimum 3 years plus experience in a site-based MEP role
* Experience working on hyperscale Data Centres
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a high-performance team

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of MEP Construction Manager in the region, your key responsibilities are:
* Align Mechanical activities to ensure they are completed safely, prioritising the health and safety of all stakeholders.
* Lead by example and ensure all stakeholders are aware of company-specific Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Maintain awareness of hazardous energies and site-specific management strategies (Lock Out Tag Out).
* Have a full working knowledge of project Mechanical systems and track installations for compliance with specifications and programs.
* Understand project-specific commissioning requirements and assist in developing Commissioning Implementation Plans (CIPs).
* Complete site inspections of Mechanical, BAS/BMS, MEP & CSA works to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
* Coordinate that areas meet relevant CSA and MEP Quality standards for advanced Beneficial Use in line with the master construction program.
* Ensure stakeholders receive sufficient information to progress systems installation in line with the master construction program.
* Ensure contractors and vendors are adequately resourced to complete works successfully.
* Review the master construction schedule and identify opportunities for sequencing to enhance program delivery.
* Chair and input into onsite and offsite meetings with all relevant project stakeholders.
* Issue weekly progress & costs reports as required.
* Manage sub-contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
* Review and ensure system mechanical stakeholders produce the following items:
o (i) Construction and Commissioning Programs reflective of the Master Construction Schedule
o (ii) Works execution documents and trackers
o (iii) Risk Assessments and Method Statements
o (iv) Progress reports reflective of their scope in alignment with their program
o (v) All relevant Field and Vendor turnover/handover packs as required by the project
