We have a national presence with domestic operations in NSW, WA and QLD servicing both national and international markets.
THE ROLE
TS Global has experienced substantial growth, and with our operational resources now well-established, we are seeking a driven Operations Manager to take charge of the department at our WA branch.
You will take charge of guiding, supporting, and inspiring the operations team to achieve outstanding performance in our processes whilst fostering a culture of respect and accountability.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and adherence to policies and procedures
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational effectiveness
* Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction
* Participate in performance management and recruitment activities
* Liaising with the internal departments to meet requirements
* Reporting on operational progress
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have proven experience in a similar management role
* Be a confident leader, team player, self-motivated and energetic
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be positive, proactive, professional attitude
* Have a high level of initiative and time management skills
* Have a high level of computer skills
* Hold a current Drivers Licence
