Overview Our client is seeking to continue to grow their busy, conveyancing practice group. They are a more traditional firm with opportunities to meet clients face-to-face. The Role Manage your own caseload Conduct thorough due diligence, including title investigations and searches. Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Provide clear and concise advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations throughout the process. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations to ensure compliance.
