Resideo – Inside Sales Executive
We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Theale / Reading. Working for Resideo as an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a fundamental role in achieving business through new customer acquisitions and by identifying opportunities to present additional products to current customers.
JOB DUTIES:
* Work to specific briefs ranging from NPI’s to promotions; supported by in-house marketing campaigns to ensure KPI’s and opportunity conversions are met.
* Identify a sales pipeline, managing the sales cycle through.
* Create and develop customer relationships to maximize revenue potential.
* Enrich, update and maintain our CRM system SFDC, logging all calls and opportunities.
* Delivery of sales and service excellence.
* Work with all business functions including outside Sales and Marcomms to maximize every sales opportunity.
YOU MUST HAVE:
* Minimum 1 year in an Inside Sales role or similar.
* Demonstrated tenacity, persistence, and resilience in the pursuit of meeting your KPI's.
* Experience of making hundreds of dial outs a day to deliver the required call KPI (minimum of 30 qualified calls per day).
* Proactive in your approach, working on your own initiative and being forward-thinking.
* Ability to adapt your style to manage objections you will face.
* Appetite for exceeding your daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s.
* Manage your own call quota, follow-ups, and prospects to successfully complete the sales cycle.
* Flexibility in your approach with objection handling of paramount importance.
* Ability to work under pressure individually and as part of a team when required.
* Fast learner with the ability to grasp knowledge quickly and effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrate knowledge of the difference between dial outs and qualified calls.
