Service Coordinator - Exeter - Immediate Start - £26k - £28k D.O.E. - 32 DAYS HOLIDAYS - FREE PARKING.
To work in a small, friendly, outgoing busy team of 4, looking after 4 Engineers. This role involves lots of communication with customers by phone, email, and in writing on a daily basis. You will be coordinating appointments to suit both the Customer and Engineer for installations, repairs, servicing, and upgrades.
Your responsibilities include checking warranties, ensuring all customer records are fully updated, compliant, accurate, and correct, as well as calculating costings ready for invoicing. General administration tasks will also be part of your role.
This is a busy, varied role where patience and a good sense of humour are essential, and teamwork is crucial to ensure the best possible customer service is delivered.
