Are you looking to join Renault Group UK in a senior management position within our Aftersales division? The role of Service Strategy and Programmes Manager is here to define and lead the Service Strategy and Programmes for all Renault Group brands to achieve our commercial and budget objectives.
What will you be doing?
1. The role involves defining and managing our fixed price offer strategy and workshop programmes to attract and retain retail and business customers.
2. The role will also support the effective definition and deployment of our Service Marketing and Service Loyalty strategies and programmes in the network, along with managing the development and deployment of connected vehicle services.
3. We are looking for someone to co-ordinate and lead the quarterly commercial cycle process for Service Marketing and Customer Loyalty and ensure our workshop development programmes are on track and fit for purpose.
4. The job holder will lead the definition and deployment of Business Intelligence Solutions to optimise efficiency and insight-led decision making.
5. You will also work collaboratively with stakeholders to validate programmes, develop future initiatives, and ensure synergies and best outcomes.
6. The successful candidate will work transversally across the organisation to define and drive customer retention programmes, contributing to dealer and Renault Group profitability, all within the allocated budget.
7. Success will be measured by service retention, workshop entries and services penetration rate.
Who are you?
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication, presentation and influencing skills as well as being highly data analytical. You have used business intelligence tools. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of Aftersales network and aftermarket operations, plus marketing levers and have experience in project and supplier management.
