Our client is a Housing Association in Glasgow seeking a temporary Repairs Assistant to help liaise with Tenants and provide day-to-day coordination of maintenance activities.
You will speak with Tenants daily, taking details from them, and then liaise with Maintenance Staff and Contractors to help resolve maintenance problems, issue work orders, and meet the expectations of the Tenants.
You will also involve yourself with administrative tasks such as updating databases, job records, and working closely with colleagues in different departments.
The suited candidate will have experience working in a Housing Maintenance team, good customer service skills, and a working knowledge of computer packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ideally, you will have experience organizing workloads and be able to respond quickly to changing priorities while remaining focused and able to meet deadlines.
