Description
Facilitating HR processes and responding to inquiries in Dutch and English
Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
Coordinating and supporting employee onboarding and training programs
Keeping up-to-date records of personnel data in the HR system
Assisting in the management of employee benefits and compensation schemes
Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics
Participating in HR projects and contributing to continuous process improvements
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless interdepartmental operationsProfile
A successful HR Administrator - Dutch Speaking should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in Dutch and English
A high level of computer literacy, including experience with HR systems
A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
An ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
