My Distribution client based in Oldbury are looking for a Sales Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis to join their team. For the successful candidate it may have the potential to become permanent next year.
Duties:-
1. Answer all incoming calls in a pleasant and professional manner
2. Process sales orders and create invoices using Sage 50 Accounts software
3. Process purchase ledger invoices using Sage 50 Accounts software
4. Allocate stock and produce delivery notes for warehouse
5. Data entry onto manual ledgers
6. Deal with customer enquiries
7. Produce customer quotes
8. Online banking
Key Skills:-
9. Essential you have worked in a Sales Administration role previously.
10. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
11. If you have experience in Sage 50 Accounts this would be advantageous
12. Organised with good attention to detail
13. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
14. Able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
15. Proactive nature and willing to learn
