We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support business activities, directors, and managers in ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communications, record-keeping, and providing essential support to engineers on-site. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining company documentation, assisting with pre-tender documentation, booking travel, and supporting the Finance Director with invoicing. This is a temporary role where you will be working for 9–12 months as maternity cover. You must have a full UK licence to get to the working address.
