Hays Health & Safety are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Liverpool to find a robust and collaborative Health & Safety Manager committed to building a strong culture.
This role will be based in the greater Liverpool area with responsibility for 4 sites across the UK, with travel expectations to each site once per month.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing Health & Safety in an intense environment and can communicate how they have improved Health & Safety culture.
Your new role
* Implement & Develop Health & Safety Management systems across 4 sites
* Conduct regular internal audits and liaise with external audits
* Coach & Mentor Key stakeholders on Health & Safety matters
* Embed a robust Health & Safety culture by rolling out clear processes
What you'll need
* A NEBOSH General Certificate (Minimum)
* A Hands-on approach and willingness to travel and be visible across sites
* Experience developing Health & Safety Management systems
* Extensive experience managing Health & Safety in intense atmospheres
The correct candidate for the role will earn £50k - £55k per annum (DOE) plus a company vehicle and 24 days holiday + Bank holidays.
