We are actively recruiting for a customer service agent/account manager to work for this large company that is relocating to the Hemel Hempstead area shortly.
Your day-to-day duties include:
1. Speaking to existing customers and ensuring satisfaction.
2. Dealing with any queries they may have.
3. Offering additional products if required.
4. Ensuring the smooth running of the account.
This is a busy role with plenty of opportunity for progression.
You will come from a customer service background within an office and thrive in a team-based environment. You will also have outstanding IT skills including Word and Excel, and really relish superior account management for a company that truly cares.
In return, the company offers a salary of £25,000 - £26,000 plus quarterly bonuses and the genuine opportunity to progress and receive the relevant training.
