Develop innovative learning programs tailored to the needs of our employees. Curate content on our online platform that is meaningful, engaging, and meets requirements. Stay up-to-date and ensure all development initiatives and materials align with Group standards and reflect regional needs. What We're Looking For: Experience in learning and development, preferably within the financial services sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
