We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join the School’s dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the school’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
2. Monitor and manage budgets, providing detailed analysis and forecasts.
3. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
4. Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls.
5. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
6. Provide financial advice and support to the school’s leadership team.
7. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and strategic planning.
Requirements:
1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
