Role Overview
As Development Lead – Secondary (South-West), you will bring expertise in Secondary education and teacher training. Your role will involve designing and delivering our Secondary programme, ensuring high-quality delivery and fidelity. You will manage a portfolio of trainees or programme members, working closely with support staff to create impactful experiences that develop future teachers and leaders, engaging them in their development, community, and our social mission.
We Are Looking For
* QTS qualification and experience as a practitioner or in school leadership?
* Excellent knowledge of Secondary education, outstanding classroom pedagogy, and familiarity with Teachers' Standards and Core Content Framework?
* Experience mentoring and coaching teachers within ITT or ECF routes for at least two years?
* For non-London roles: a full UK driving license and access to a car for travel between schools and events.

Compensation & Benefits
London-based employees receive a £3000 London Weighting Allowance in addition to the salary. The advertised salary, allowance, and annual leave are FTE, pro-rated for part-time and fixed-term roles.
