About the Team: This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand to bring customers the best in clinical aesthetics combined with home use technology. We are looking for a clinic coordinator who will be committed to delivering amazing customer service. You should be passionate about aesthetics and excited to work in a brand new, innovative, luxury clinic. This is a great opportunity to join us at the start of our journey in the aesthetic industry and to grow and develop our clinic with us. The role will be based in our Alderley Edge clinic. About the Role: As the clinic co-ordinator at the clinic’s reception, you will be the first face that patients will see, and your role will centre around providing exceptional customer service to them throughout their time in the clinic. Your role is to ensure that all patients receive a warm welcome and have a flawless patient journey. You will manage reception duties and work closely with colleagues to provide a seamless service. Duties will include but are not limited to; Greeting all patients as they enter the clinic. Ensuring the patient is comfortable and has had any questions answered. Ensuring the patient’s medical consent forms are completed and filed correctly. Talk through at home beauty devices and skincare options with patients. Take payment for treatments. Book treatments. Follow up on any treatment leads. Act as a responsible key holder and point of authority when the clinic manager is unavailable. Assist in coordinating clinic running i.e. ensuring operational tasks such as cleaner, medical bins, annual inspections are flagged. Candidate Requirements: Experience in a similar role in a luxury setting advantageous. Experience in delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in the beauty/aesthetics industry is advantageous. Passion for delivering quality customer service.
