Elevation HR are excited to be partnering with a growing manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a HR & Payroll Manager at their site in Rotherham.
This is a standalone HR & Payroll Manager role supporting a headcount of c85 which will report directly into the Finance Manager. Our client is open to both part-time and full-time hours across 5 days. As the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and Payroll and be responsible for the following:
* Organising and maintaining employee records such as offer letters and contracts of employment
* Management of the full employee lifecycle
* Supporting managers with employee relations issues such as sickness absence and disciplinaries
* Running end to end payroll using Sage and collating timesheets for salaries and hourly paid employees
* Supporting line managers with recruitment
* Ensuring company policies are followed and revised as necessary
* Creating and presenting reports on HR Metrics
