The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Manager to identify and win new business opportunities. You will have the autonomy to own the full sales cycle, leveraging our marketing and CRM tools to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.

Your Role & Responsibilities
1. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
2. Build relationships with key decision-makers across various industries
3. Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings, online demos, and webinars
4. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
5. Maximise revenue by cross-selling our full range of solutions
6. Keep the CRM (Salesforce) up to date with accurate sales activity
7. Work towards (and exceed!) your sales targets with a proactive, self-motivated approach
8. Stay ahead of the curve by learning about new products and industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales – ideally within Software, MPS, document management, or digital workflow solutions
2. A proactive, results-driven mindset – driven to find and close new business deals
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Confidence in presenting to clients both in-person and via webinars
5. A self-starter who can work on their own initiative and thrives in a target-driven environment
