This role requires strong organisational, leadership, and customer service skills to ensure the success of the membership program at Hoar Cross Hall Hotel and Spa. Person Specification: Essentials Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong administrative abilities with attention to detail. Experience in conflict handling and resolution. Management experience in a similar industry (leisure, hospitality, spa). Self-driven with a positive attitude and capable of working independently. Meticulous in managing tasks, with great attention to detail. Dedicated to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships. Desirables Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
