About the role
We are recruiting for a Client Partner to blend new business development with account management to create meaningful client partnerships across a range of industries.
Overview of duties
1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing a portfolio of key clients to ensure retention and growth.
2. Account Management: Act as a trusted advisor, responding to client needs, tackling challenges, and cross-selling solutions to drive their success.
3. Growth-Focused: Be part of a growing team where your insights and connections contribute directly to our business development strategy.
Person specification
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
1. Sales and Account Management Experience: Proven track record in business development and account growth, ideally in a client-facing environment.
2. Relationship Building: Ability to build strong, long-term client relationships and spot opportunities to add value.
3. Commercial Mindset: Comfortable managing contracts, negotiating, and ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.
