We now have an opportunity for an experienced forward-thinking MEPH QS to join us in our Eastern Region.
The Role:
1. You will be responsible for the financial aspects of the projects for allocated packages, working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and Project Manager.
2. Quantity Surveying £7M+ of various Projects
3. Compiling Monthly Applications
4. Costing and Agreeing Project Variation Accounts
5. Preparing Project CVR’s and attending monthly CVR Project Meetings
6. Negotiating and Preparing Sub-Contract Order Documents
7. Valuing and Raising Monthly Sub-Contract Payment Notifications/Pay Less Notices
8. Overseeing credit Control on Projects
The Person:
1. Recognised qualification in a MEP building related subject
2. Proactive, diligent, and willing to think ahead
3. Ability to communicate positively and effectively at all levels
4. Structured approach, with a high level of attention to detail
5. Commercial awareness
