As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will support the growth plans across a fantastic portfolio of family fun brands, Hula Hoops, Pom-Bear, Skips & Penn State pretzels, as well as activating our major sports sponsorship with The Hundred cricket tournament. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior marketer to work on some great FMCG brands in a fun, friendly and fast-paced environment. Reporting into a Senior Brand Manager you will pay a key role in delivering the marketing plans in line with brand strategy and targets. You’ll also track and report on performance, work cross functionally on projects, support the development of TTL campaigns, be responsible for the day to day management of the marketing budget and champion the brands both internally and externally. As Assistant Brand Manager, some of your responsibilities will include: Support the SBM in development and execution of annual growth plans via analysis of the market, consumer data & insight, and help create excitement around the plans internally and externally through presentations & brand days Lead, and work cross functionally, to deliver key projects, via a gate process, throughout the year Liaise with agencies to support the execution of the marketing plans Manage monthly brand performance reports, as well as ad hoc analysis. This will include the internal P&L; & external brand consumer metrics, and competitor analysis to generate insight led actions and recommendations Support management of marketing budget, including PO raising receipting, as well as tracking and reporting on spend Wed love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience Passionate about brands and marketing Positive, inquisitive, self-starter who’s not afraid to ask for help Good at building relationships, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders Organised, able to multi task and meet deadlines Demonstrates a growth mindset, with a track record of wanting to learn, develop and stretch Experienced with consumer brand data, analytics and reporting Budget management ERP system experience FMCG experience (min 1yr) LI-LE1 LI-Hybrid CVL
