We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts payable and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Responsibilities
* Process and reconcile invoices and payments
* Help prepare weekly payment runs
* Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Respond to financial queries from internal teams or external partners
* Collect debts by telephone, letter or email to ensure customers adhere to agreed terms
* Investigate disputed items and ensure these are followed up by the relevant department
* Maintain records of unresolved disputes and highlight these to senior management
* Other duties within the accounts team such as answering phone calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail, etc.
* Provide a professional service to both customers and employees
This position is 22 hours per week, with working days on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10am to 4pm.
