Summary:
At Bis Henderson, we are seeking a personable and highly organised Customer Account Handler to manage multiple contracts within a thriving FMCG manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and will be able to effectively liaise with both customers and production teams to ensure supply and demand is met. Working hours are 07.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 08.30am to 12.15pm Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders through the system, ensuring stock availability.
Liaising with production teams to advise on stock demand.
Booking transport of deliveries in line with customer timescales.
Managing customer queries and providing an excellent standard of customer service.
Maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Skills / Experience:
Previous experience managing customer accounts, preferably within a manufacturing / logistics operation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
High level of organisational skills, able to plan and meet schedules.
Strong attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
