EQUANS is recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to be based in Pendle Vale School, Oxford Rd, BB9 8LF. This is a permanent part time role working 30 hours per week. On offer is salary of £18,314.40 per annum and benefits package. Shift Pattern: AM 05.30 till 08.30 PM 15.30 till 18.30 What will you deliver? You will be responsible for the supervision of cleaning, maintaining cleaning standards to a high standard. Ensuring Health & Safety Regulations and company policies are adhered to. You will be expected to perform cleaning audits, monitor staff performance. Inductions and training to be carried out as required, and occasionally carry out “hands on” cleaning tasks covering absent operatives. You will liaise with the client on a regular basis, to ensure a good working relationship is maintained. For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential. What can we offer you? Who are we looking for? NVQ level 2 cleaning and support services Health and Safety knowledge i.e., COSHH, Risk Assessments, Colour Coded Equipment, PPE, Infection Control. Understanding of Health & Safety Regulations. Experience in supervising, training and monitoring staff. Communication skills Organizational skills, to be able to deal with rosters, holidays, sickness reporting, cleaning schedules. Customer relations / service skills Supervisor experience Knowledgably in PFI and KPI’s Who are we?
