In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey interpersonal. You'll play a crucial part in building strong customer relationships and identifying upselling opportunities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: o Engage with customers via telephone, email, and website inquiries to provide timely, effective support.o Manage orders from enquiry through to completion, taking ownership of the customer journey.o Build and nurture strong relationships with regular customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs.o Utilise product knowledge to advise customerso Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively to resolve queries in line with company policies.o Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service processes and performance.o Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced operational environment.o Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.o Pick up ad hoc admin tasks such as filing, paperwork and more.o Participate in team meetings and share best practices to enhance overall service delivery. Skills & Qualifications: o Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.o Strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proven customer service experience, ideally handling inbound order (preferable)o Basic computer literacy in MS Office.
