As a management team member, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't available. You'll motivate and engage the team, ensuring they have what they need to excel.
We serve customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead in providing a brilliant shopping experience, whether customers order in store or online.
Typical shift activities include:
1. Inspiring the team to achieve excellent standards
2. Leading by example and serving customers promptly and kindly
3. Preparing products, including sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Keeping displays stocked and appealing
5. Maintaining a clean and tidy shop environment
