Role Summary
This is a new role which has been created to help embed and support our HRIS system. This role will display expertise in HR systems, especially Workday, and will assist in the implementation project, as well as providing day-to-day support and ongoing development of the system post-Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities
* As part of the HRIS team, help develop and deliver the HRIS roadmap, acting as the HR systems SME / lead.
* Collaborate with partners in HR and the business to explore opportunities for enhancing the user experience, and providing training and documentation/learning content to users as required.
* Perform system configuration and testing of Workday: develop and maintain business processes in our HR systems that advance efficiency and compliance.
* Define the testing approach for implementing new functionality and enhancements, collaborate with stakeholders to develop test specifications, and oversee rigorous testing and issue resolution before rolling out functional changes to live systems.
* Actively identify and manage risks and issues, working with vendors and support partners to resolve system issues and providing timely updates to impacted business users. Explain complex technical issues and solutions in a plain and common descriptive manner.
* Partner with team members and IT colleagues to maintain and improve integrations between HR and other systems. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of our people data across business systems.
* Support HR in delivering annual tasks including performance reviews, annual salary and bonus awards, holiday year-end activities, and pay gap reporting.
* Lead the planning and testing of system upgrades and patches, aligning to IT protocols around these types of activities.
* Ensure configured processes and integrations advance and maintain the integrity of employee data across HR systems and across the business.
* As part of the HRIS team, support report analysis of HR data and generate reports, metrics, and dashboards. Maintain and administer ad hoc report writing tools for end users, and train and assist users as required.
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive compliance across HR systems and processes, including SOX, GDPR, and other GxP practices.
* Ensure all compliance-related processes are documented and internal audit mechanisms are in place to monitor and assure compliance in relation to our HR systems and procedures.
