IT Support Engineer
Newcastle (North Shields) / Onsite
£25,000 - £33,000
Daily Duties:
* Providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone and remote access.
* Managing and resolving service desk tickets.
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and networks.
* Supporting office moves, including IT setup for new locations.
* Maintaining security compliance, including ISO 27001 processes.
* Managing patch updates, user accounts, telephony, and mobile devices.
* Travelling to sites across England, Scotland, and occasionally the USA and Middle East.
Tech Stack:
* Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
* Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
* Networking, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
* Backup, antivirus, and mobile device management solutions.
* Telephony and remote access software.
