As the Learning Solutions Manager you will: Support the success of group wide projects and initiatives by acting as the learning consultant for those projects and stakeholders Deliver learning interventions nationally for VWUK, responding to the needs of both individual BUs and those requirements identified as core and common. Use data to evaluate the usage of the current online offering and create packages of learning content which can be used by all employees to develop specific skills To prepare and develop a range of resources which support learning and can be accessed by the learner outside of the classroom Design and build online content resource hubs to host resources and materials Market the learning offering through a variety of channels Support the head of learning and development with system enhancements About you Experience of acting as a performance consultant rather than an order taker LMS /LXP experience, with a deep understanding of data structure and back end processes Ability to analyse data and present management information Experience in creating a variety of learning interventions, whether that be designing classroom content, online webinars / videos, and resources which help employees in the flow of their work Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience of leading and delivering projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timescalesIf your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
