We're seeking a proactive Customer Service Account Manager to oversee client portfolios, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service. You'll manage projects, maintain documentation, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate with technical teams, building strong client relationships, and driving growth. If you're passionate about client success and teamwork, we'd love to have you Responsibilities Including, but not limited to: Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth project delivery and exceptional customer service Oversee new and ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in work orders Drive growth by upselling and cross-selling NSF services within client accounts Handle client requests and route them to the appropriate teams Communicate key approvals and certification details to clients Manage quotations and update project scope for existing clients Maintain accurate client documentation and databases Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client files are complete Meet with clients to maintain satisfaction and foster strong relationships Partner with Business Development to track new opportunities Support onboarding and mentor new staff on complex projects Ensure timely Water Regulations Approval Scheme (WRAS) submissions and resolve any queries with the Account Management team. Contribute to process improvements and system updates Foster proactive client relationship growth through regular visits and communication Qualifications Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the services industry Strong track record in selling and cross-selling products and services Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Customer Service Management, or related field, Or equivalent experience in account management/customer service Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with the industry and relevant technical standards is a plus.
