YOUR ROLE
As an Operations Support Team Member, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operational activities within the warehouse in order to meet and exceed customer expectations, CEVA health and safety standards and ensure we meet contractual quality and stock integrity key performance indicators.
This is a Monday – Friday position working 40 hours per week.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
1. Carry out accurate physical & systemic counting and stock replenishment.
2. Perform warehouse administrative duties, utilising the on-site WMS.
3. Oversee the operational administration for pick waving, workflows for inbound, receipts, picking, off-circuit activity and site noticeboards.
4. Minimise travel waste within the warehouse and subsequently, add efficiency to the contract and client.
5. Ensure a program is in place to keep both Kerridge WMS and Webbuilder systems up to date with all product dimensions and descriptions as appropriate.
6. Run system reports as requested by the customer or stakeholders.
7. Operate appropriate mechanical handling equipment.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
1. Previous experience working within a warehouse environment.
2. Stock counting and inventory management experience is essential.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Understanding of the principles of effective stock placement.
5. Proficient Microsoft user, including Excel.
6. FLT licenses including reach and counterbalance is desirable.
