This role is a hybrid role, working flexibly from home and the EQ Worthing office. We would anticipate more office visits whilst you’re learning the role as part of your induction, and then from there your working week would be able to be more flexible around team meetings in person, and home working.

Role Summary
We're seeking an energetic and highly organised marketing executive to join our friendly, dynamic, and driven marketing team.
The role will report to the Shareholder Services Marketing Manager and support fulfilling the marketing strategy; delivery of all marketing activity for Shareholder Services with the mission to become the preferred service solution across our business areas.
The role will require working closely with internal clients, including our wider Marketing, Digital and Creative team, good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to grow. From a technical perspective, it is desirable you are proficient at using a range of packages, ideally Microsoft Office Suite, BeePro, Dynamics, Umbraco, Pure360 and Salesforce.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
• Being a key member of the Shareholder Services Marketing team – supporting the team to meet key KPIs and revenue marketing opportunities.
• EQ Brand – responsible for ensuring EQ brand guidelines are incorporated into all marketing output. Including the production of all external and internal documentation, to ensure marketing assets are consistent and professional.
• Marketing strategy and planning – work with SS-UK Marketing Manager in creating and delivering marketing strategy and plans for 2024/25.
• Social Media – production of content for social media in-line with EQ guidelines. Join and contribute to weekly EQ social media planning meetings.
• Events – in the form of webinars, EQ events and external industry events. Responsible for planning and delivery. Managing events calendar, including evaluation of potential new events. Organisation of whole events, including speaking, interviews, and social media publicity, prior, during and post events.
• Newsletters and Client Communications – develop and co-ordinate regular client communications.
• Content marketing – to contribute to and write original content, incorporating content strategy principles, keywords, and includes the writing of and scheduling of blogs and articles for EQ.
• Key website updates – responsible for ensuring appropriate fixed content and solutions pages on EQ.com are in line with business propositions and customer user journeys.
• Reporting – maintain and circulate the monthly EQP reporting dashboards, including report for Marketing Exec Committee (MEC)
• Raising of purchase orders and supplier liaison.
• Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation, both local and global, to create demand for services and trusted relations for queries and guidance.
Preferable Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
• Degree in marketing, business, or related field or CIM qualifications or relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
