What You’ll Do as Business Development Manager (EMEA):
- Exceed sales targets across the EMEA region
- Develop and manage strategic channel partner relationships
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute go-to-market plans
- Lead customer engagements and product trials that convert to revenue
- Represent the company at key events: trade shows, conferences, and seminars
- Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline and ensure flawless execution from prospect to close
Who You Are – Our Ideal Business Development Manager (EMEA):
- 8+ years of experience in B2B technical hardware sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven ability to manage channel networks and drive regional sales
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with a commercial mindset
- Bonus: Industry experience in telecom, cloud, or data centre technology
