Day-to-day of the role: Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to coordinate various project aspects from start to finish. Update project milestones using in-house project management tools. Attend meetings to update stakeholders and ensure all parties are informed. Create concise project information and presentations using tools like PowerPoint and InDesign. Liaise with external stakeholders to maintain communication and project alignment. Support senior managers with administrative tasks and take minutes at meetings. Review processes at project completion and provide feedback to senior stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in creating presentations and handling administrative responsibilities. A positive attitude towards learning and adapting within a growing business.
