What you’ll do at Elekta:
You will be part of a team of highly talented engineers, designing and developing software products that deliver automated and integrated quality assurance in radiation therapy. The software you will deliver enables our customers’ clinical staff to optimize their equipment’s performance and deliver treatment with precision and confidence.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Demonstrate solid software engineering skills in all aspects of the development life cycle.
2. Participate in technical design discussions.
3. Contribute to architecture and design documents.
4. Develop and maintain full stack application components and services.
5. Implement automated tests as part of the product CI/CD pipeline.
6. Collaborate with peers for successful product delivery.
7. Be accountable for the software you ship and for the overall success of the team.
8. Be part of a learning organization, always open to test new ideas.
9. Be part of a product scrum team with shared purpose and ready to help each other.
10. Identify and discuss improvements to process and the team’s way of working.
11. Ensure that all products and documents are developed in accordance with the development process.
What you bring:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM.
2. Development experience with C# .NET 8 (and above).
3. Development experience with web-based applications.
4. Fluent in English with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
5. Strong quality culture.
The right stuff:
1. Development experience with Java 17 (and above).
2. Knowledgeable in our core and perspective tech: C#/.NET, Java, Spring, Backend API development, Angular, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
3. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
4. Experience with Unit Testing Frameworks.
5. Experience with test automation, e.g. Cypress.
6. Experience with API test automation, e.g. jMeter, Reqnroll.
7. Experience working in a Scrum team using Agile methodologies.
8. Experience working in a regulated business environment, preferably medical devices.
9. Critical thinking with ability to provide feedback and formulate improvement plans.
10. Ability to explain complex technical problems to non-technical audiences.
