You will also contribute to our students' wider educational experience by supporting their pastoral needs and ensuring our resources and teaching methods reflect best practice. Lecturer in Health - Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional teaching and assessment across our Health & Social Care programmes. Develop and implement engaging schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment strategies. Support the holistic development of students by addressing their pastoral needs and contributing to enrichment activities. Ensure that teaching resources and practices are aligned with best practice and drive student success. Teach on a range of programmes, including Higher Education courses and Health T Levels. Lecturer in Health - You: The ideal candidate will: Hold a relevant degree in Health, Social Care, or a related field. Have proven experience teaching BTEC, A-Level, or Higher Education Health & Social Care qualifications. A strong track record of driving student success and progression.
