We are looking for someone who can come in and deliver high-quality advice, guidance, and administrative support across a range of People and HR activities. What the HR Advisor job involves 1. Supporting and advising department managers on employee absence and return-to-work procedures as well as sensitive employee relations cases from a legal and best practice perspective. 2. Track sickness absence trends and support the introduction of measures to reduce absenteeism, along with looking at ways to improve employee attendance. 3. Track data and reports to maintain accurate employee relations cases. (including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues).
