We are currently seeking Administrator to join our clients dynamic appeals team. This position is based in our office located just north of Inverness. Position Overview Key responsibilities include: Handling written appeals related to private parking charge notices within the Appeals Team. Analysing individual cases and preparing accurate written responses. Providing advice on the appeal process via a customer service phone line when required. Prioritizing tasks, managing your workload independently, and maintaining productivity. Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Demonstrating strong written communication skills. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Proficiency in computer usage. Requirements While prior experience is not essential, successful candidates will need to demonstrate: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivation with the ability to manage your own workload. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. A keen eye for accuracy and detail. The ability to work quickly and effectively.
