Behaviour Buddy
This role is ideal if you aspire to gain experience in SEN or have career goals to become a Youth Worker, Probation/Prison Officer, Psychologist, Therapist, or SEN Teacher.

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Behaviour Buddy to join our team in Bexhill-On-Sea. In this rewarding role, you'll provide essential support to children with unique challenges, including autism, ADHD, and behavioral issues, helping them feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Responsibilities of a Behaviour Buddy:
* Provide 1:1 support to a child with complex needs and help students understand instructions.
* Assist in implementing individual learning and support plans.
* Support children during social activities and outings.
* Encourage communication and manage behavior.
* Work alongside the teacher and SEN team to create a positive learning environment.
* Prepare and provide learning materials.
Requirements of a Behaviour Buddy:
* Impose patience and understanding.
* Have an understanding of challenging behavior.
* Always be adaptable in any given situation.
* Be able to develop strong and positive relationships with children.
* Committed to working as part of a team.
