Find out more about us here The role of a Support Worker As a Support Worker, your job revolves around working with the people we support to do what they love. You will: Work across both houses within the service Assist with jobs around the house Get involved in activities with people we support Help develop key life skills Encourage independence amongst the people we support Accompanying on the people we support of trips and in the community What we need from you Our Luppitt service is bringing support work into the 21st century; it’s fresh, new and exciting and we want people who will run with that idea. No experience is necessary as full training is provided so if you are flexible, imaginative, creative, caring and can think on your feet we want to hear from you. Given the rural nature of this service it’s best that you have access your own vehicle. Your pay and benefits In reward for your hard work and dedication as a Support Worker you will receive: £11.75 per hour 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Extra 12.7% pay for relief staff members (Please Note: The higher hourly rate offered for this relief position is designed to compensate for the absence of paid annual leave. This means that while you receive an increased rate of pay, you will not accrue paid holiday time as part of this role.)
