Trailer Workshop Supervisor

Salary: Up to £46,000
Hours: 4 on 4 off, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40.5 hours per week)

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day trailer servicing, repairs, and inspections, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will oversee workload planning, support your team’s development, and ensure customer vehicles are back on the road as quickly as possible.
Key Responsibilities of the Trailer Workshop Supervisor:
Oversee trailer repairs, servicing, and inspections in the workshop, on-site, or roadside.
Prioritise and plan workloads to meet customer demands efficiently.
Ensure health & safety standards are met, keeping the workshop safe and organised.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and process paperwork on time.
Identify cost-effective repair methods and warranty claim opportunities.
Assist with workshop operations, including managing stock levels, holiday cover, and overtime.
Support and train technicians, sharing knowledge and skills to develop the team.
Deliver high-quality customer service, representing company values and identifying business opportunities.What’s on Offer?

Qualified and experienced trailer technician (City & Guilds Level 1, 2, 3, or equivalent).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Good communication skills and a professional, can-do attitude.
Basic computer skills (training provided).
