The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to lead a site team to deliver a brand new, long term multi-phased residential scheme in Harlington, Bedfordshire. This development will consist of 470 units, a mix of houses and apartments - 50% timber frame and 50% traditional build, along with being Consortium Lead on the land building alongside one other developer.
This will be a unique and challenging development with ground remediation, overhead powerlines to deal with, logistical challenges, and extensive infrastructure, services and roadworks.
Your team will consist of a Site Manager, 2 Assistant Site Managers, a Trainee Site Manager, 3 Labourers, 2 Forklift Drivers and several Gatemen.

1. Salary up to £80,000
2. Up To 25% Bonus Paid Quarterly

What they are looking for
The candidate will need to be an experienced No.1 with a background in delivering new build residential schemes managing volume housing schemes with PLC housebuilders or Tier 1 main contractors; be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.

Their developments primarily focus on building communities, with a focus in securing NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, and a land bank delivering developments in areas that cover Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire - with a focus on the Buckinghamshire county.
