ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is looking for an experienced receptionist to join a busy head office based in Hertfordshire, duties will include but not limited to:
1. Reception cover
2. Answering the phone, updating telephone list
3. Taking in Deliveries
4. Welcoming visitors
5. Stationary ordering
6. Sending and receiving Post
7. Building maintenance (service agreements, contacting suppliers, renewing contracts)
8. General admin support for Finance, Technical and Land departments
REQUIREMENTS
9. Excellent phone manner
10. IT literate
11. Attention to detail
12. Organised
