It may be that some of the young people due to their mental health difficulties struggle to reintegrate back into the wider community and consequently have had multiple hospital admissions. Essential Requirements and Experience Relevant Experience: At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years. Qualifications : Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or willingness to start within 6 months of employment. Driving License: Full UK required. Knowledge : Understanding of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements. Skills : Efficient in; planning, organizing, budget control, resource allocation, and team leadership. Communication: Confidence in effective spoken and written communication.
