Job Advertisement: Full-Time RE Teacher (Yr 7-10) – Secondary School in Preston
I am seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school team in Preston. This is a full-time role, teaching students from Year 7 to Year 10, and will run for the remainder of the academic year.
Key Details:
Position: Full-Time RE Teacher (Yr 7-10)
Start Date: Mid-March (exact date TBC)
Contract Length: For the remainder of the academic year
Location: Preston, Lancashire
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the RE curriculum and a genuine passion for helping students engage with religious, philosophical, and ethical studies. You will be committed to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where all students can thrive.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching RE at secondary level (Yr 7-10)
- A passion for educating and inspiring young minds
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents
- Strong classroom management skills
